On winning her 50th cap:
"It’s an honour to play 50 times for a country and then to be able to do it in my home county, it’s amazing. I’ve played four or five years down at Brighton Rugby Club so it's pretty awesome."

On having a 100% win rate in her Red Rose career:
"I was involved when we lost the 2022 final, but obviously not in the team so you still have that heartbreak, you know what it feels like. But yeah, I think it’s an incredible achievement to go hopefully 50 caps with no losses."

On her development with England:
"When I first came in, I was seen as that fast player, I just had raw speed. I had played rugby since I was six, I knew the game. But I've definitely had to develop, like passing and kicking. I’m a rounded player now and maybe that’s where the strike rate [52 tries] has come from; don’t know what I’m going to do."

What helped her dig deep to score a hat-trick against Samoa:
"I think it’s enjoyment. Every time I step onto that pitch, you have to enjoy every moment. The crowd were amazing at Northampton. For us as well, a lot of girls were
debuting their World Cup, so I think it was just a special occasion. Being a more experienced player, you just have to fill them with enjoyment and excitement to go and play
well."
