This is poor officiating. The ref should fix the problem instead of killing the scrum completely.

Ref should just get off the pitch.

Vincent, the scrum is not working and instead of fixing the ref is penalising and binning. Cheetahs have subbed the front and it still happened. Now he is binning boys. So yellows and penalty tries cause of scrum fail
