Afrika, Dippenaar fills BlitzBoks void

SEVENS: Cecil Afrika and Stephan Dippenaar have been brought into the South African Sevens squad to fill the void left by Seabelo Senatla and Albertus Smith for the upcoming legs in Las Vegas and Vancouver.
