The end of pool stages of the Champions Cup saw Bayonne who are pointless in the tournament take on Leinster who led proceedings in Pool 3.
Here are 8 key moments from the game.
5’ Leinster concede a penalty for obstruction, just outside their 22, Bayone scrum and run the ball on the short side, they give a grubber and put pressure on Leinster. They are forced back behind their try line which results in a 5m Bayonne scrum. Leinster are able to soak up the pressure, win the ball back and exit.
25’ Leinster are on the attack, they are on Bayonne’s 10m line and Harry Byrne gives a kick through, Kenny is through on try but knocks it on, on the try line and they are unable to score their first try of the game.
33’ Leinster are on the attack again, RG Snyman beats a defender and offloads to Kelleher, it seems as if he has scored but it is checked and the referee says there was double movement, try disallowed.
38’ Bayonne with an attacking lineout inside Leinster’s 22, they break on the short side, they break 2 tackles and release to Jantjies who is through on goal, but he is tackled out of touch.
52’ Bayonne have a scrum just in their 22, they’re under pressure and Segonds manages to make a massive clearance which ends up being a 50:22.
55’ Leinster have a lineout in the oppositions 22, they maul and end up swinging wide to O’Brien, he pops it back inside to Sheehan who is running a great support line, and he goes over to make it all square.

62’ Jimmy O'Brien does brilliantly to get on the end of Sam Prendergast's kick through, but the TMO comes in to disallow the try for a knock on in the grounding.
74’ Harry Byrne dinks it over the Bayonne defence and Sam Prendergast gets the luck of the bounce and scores Leinster third try.
