Andrew clarkson the answer to question 1 is because he's only just come back to Quins from a horror of a World Cup and he's probably been given some time off to sort himself out emotionally and physically and to number 2 care has only just come back also and will not be 100% up to speed with the Quins system after being in the England one for the past 3 months
