Andrew Porter returns to cover the front row - scrumming alongside Thomas Clarkson on either side of Dan Sheehan.
James Ryan and Joe McCarthy cover the second row.
Captain Caelan Doris is flanked on either side by Jack Conan at blindside and Josh van der Flier at openside.
