Crusaders' superstars Dan Carter and Israel Dagg have both been ruled out of their sides Super Rugby match this weekend due to injury.
Carter, the All Blacks first-five, missed last weekend's victory over the Highlanders with a lower leg injury sustained in the opening round loss to the Rebels.
The 32-year-old has now been sidelined from Saturday's clash with the Chiefs in Hamilton after taking a limited part in training earlier this week.
