On this day three years ago Quins were crowned Premiership champions
Three years to the day, Harlequins won their very first Premiership title after victory against Leicester Tigers. In what was a thrilling game of Rugby the Tigers were always playing catch-up with Quins going into the break leading by a point thanks to the boot of Nick Evans and a try from Tom Williams. Quins started the second half the better and opened up a 30-13 lead with Chris Robshaw going over the whitewash. Credit to the Tigers who never gave up and made it a 7 point game thanks to a penalty from George Ford and a try from Anthony Allen. In the end Harlequins held on winning the game 30-23 and lifted their first Premiership title.
