Os Du Randt - The Mobile Mountain

He did struggle with injury mid way through his career and he was away from the game for two years before returning in 2003 and reclaiming his spot in the Springbok side in 2004. He made his debut for South Africa in 1994 against Argentina after only playing a handful of games for Free State, but Kitch Christie saw something special in him. Os went on to play an integral part in the 1995 RWC winning Springbok side and in 1997 he was named South Africa's player of the year. He was a strong ball carrier, very solid in the scrum and had plenty of pace for a front rower.
