Lyon edge La Rochelle 29-25 after they lead 17-15 at halftime. A second-half penalty saw La Rochelle sneak in front, but two quick tries by Lyon saw the hosts lead 29-18. La Rochelle responded shortly after with a try to cut the gap to four points with a minute to play. It was not to be however as Lyon held on for the victory.
