A three-time TOP14 champion with Stade Francais, Stephane Glas enjoyed a stellar career at the top flight of French Rugby.
The former centre started his career at Bourgoin, the club he spent 22 years at from his youth years.
During his time with the club, he won the Challenge Cup in 1997 and reached the final of the competition in 1999.
He also reached two TOP14 Finals with the side. In 2003 he left his boyhood club to join Stade Francais in Paris.
He had even more success with Stade Francais winning the TOP14 three times and reached the Champions Cup Final on one occasion.
During his career, he also accumulated 37 test caps for his country scoring nine tries and went to the 1999 Rugby World Cup.
Following his retirement in 2009, he moved into coaching with Saint-Savin sportif. In 2012, he was appointed as Montpellier's backs coach.
He stayed at Montpellier until 2015 when he joined US Oyonnax as the side's backs coach.
In 2017 he left Oyonnax to join Grenoble, again as a back line coach. Two years later he was promoted to the head coach role at Grenoble.
