Malan is a Namibian rugby player and South African origin who prefers to play in the position of centre.
In 2018/19 Malan played for the Natal Sharks in the Supersport Rugby Challenge.
In 2022/23, Malan has been with New England Freejacks and has made 28 appearances in the Major League Rugby scoring 14 tries and earning 70 points.
Ahead of the Rugby World Cup 2023, Malan has been named in the squad for Namibia.
