Nicola Quaglio, born on March 9, 1991, is an Italian rugby union player who primarily plays as a prop. He currently represents the Italian Top10 team Rovigo Delta.

Quaglio began his professional career with Rugby Rovigo Delta, where he played from 2009 to 2016. He then joined the Italian Pro14 team Benetton Treviso and played for them until 2021.

He made his mark at the international level when he was named in the Italy Under 20 squad in 2011. From 2016 onwards, he earned call-ups to the senior Italy squad. In August 2019, he was selected as part of the final 31-man squad for the 2019 Rugby World Cup.

Quaglio's national team journey started in 2016 when he received his first call-up as injury cover for a November Test match against the Springboks. In January 2018, he was included in Italy's squad for the Six Nations Championship and went on to earn two Test caps.

During his time with Benetton, Quaglio made 30 appearances for the club and scored 5 points. In March 2020, he signed a contract extension with the Italian side that would have kept him with the team until 2022. However, in 2021, he announced his departure from Benetton one year earlier than initially planned.

Currently, Quaglio continues his rugby career with Rovigo Delta in the Italian Top10 league.
