Try for Saints as Alex Corbisiero breaks away from the maul to shrug of the tackle of Wade and Mullan and put Saints back in front. Myler converts and that is half time with Northampton leading Wasps 27-20.

Completely disagree with a red. The left leg of Hughes was clearly straightened suggesting that he was indeed trying to slow himself down.

A man of Hughes's stature takes a longer to slow down when in top speed.

Unfortunately a brilliant fixture has been upset by a decision made by crumbling under pressure.

Yeh the refs under huge pressure from Hartley and the gardens are in his ear the whole time. Almost like he gave it so they'd leave him alone

The TMO agreed. It knocked a man out. Therefore a red card. Player safety is the biggest issue at the moment.

He has three premiership games to his name. Why would he ref a game against two huge clubs?!

It's a joke

Tmo also knew it wasn't a red but didn't have the guts to say anything.

Ref losing all respect from players in this game

TRY SAINTS
