Developed as a fly‑half and has played center, wing, and full‑back, Theo Attissogbe expresses a long‑term ambition to be a versatile threat across the back‑line. Started at Peyrehorade (2011), moved to Mont‑de‑Marsan academy in 2019. Joined Pau at end of 2021–22 season and made pro debut in January 2023 (Challenge Cup, scoring winning try)
Noted for breaking tackles and defensive work (third most defenders beaten in Top 14’s first 18 rounds: 55; 19 tackles vs UBB in 2024/25 season) he extended his contract with Pau keeping him there until 2027.
His father migrated from Togo at age 9 and remains active in his hometown. Théo retains strong ties to these roots and carries the Togolese name Amwoto Amemoyoto; close friends nickname him “Amemo.”
Practiced judo until age 12, athletics, rowing, Basque pelota—and even golf, which he uses to clear his mind
