Noah Cowan began his rugby journey at Henley Hawks, and has also represented Stowe School. Formerly in the London Irish youth ranks, he now represents the Ealing Trailfinders Rugby Academy. He first played for Scotland U20 in two friendlies against Wales U20 in December 2024, before being selected for the 2025 U20 Six Nations squad. Cowan qualifies via his grandfather born in Falkirk.
