Yeovil-born Ewan Richards began his rugby journey at the age of five at Tor RFC before joining Bath’s academy as a 15-year-old.

The lock forward attended Millfield School and made his England U18 debut against Scotland in March 2019.

Richards is also a talented handball player, and was part of the team that were crowned National Schools Champions at Crispin.

Ewan Richards captained the Bath Rugby U18 team to six wins from seven games in 2018/19. The fact that he is an U18 second-row who is performing on the international stage for England within their U18s gives some sign of his ability and his potential.

He was named in the England u20 squad for the 2021 Six Nations.

JW June 2021.
