Lucas Paulos, born on 9 January 1998, is an Argentine rugby union player who currently plays for the Jaguares. His primary position is lock, and he has made a name for himself as a tall and athletic second-rower.

Although born in Argentina, Paulos was raised in Spain. He began his rugby journey at the Academy of Stade Montois in France, where he spent two seasons developing his skills. After his time in France, Paulos returned to Argentina to further his career.

Paulos has represented Argentina at the under-20 level, competing in two World Championships. He showcased his abilities on the international stage and caught the attention of selectors.

In 2019 and 2020, Paulos had the opportunity to play Super Rugby for the Jaguares. During his time with the Jaguares, he made 12 appearances, gaining valuable experience at the professional level.

Paulos received his test debut for Argentina in November 2020, making his first appearance against New Zealand. He then went on to play another test match against Australia, demonstrating his skills and contribution to the national team.

Following his performances with the national team, Paulos signed with TOP 14 side Brive as a medical joker. This move allowed him to continue his rugby career in one of the top leagues in France, further developing his skills and gaining exposure to a high level of competition.
