Returning Warrior Cox looks to push on

‘Never go back’ is an old sporting adage not reserved exclusively for rugby.

But back row Matt Cox has done just that this summer, returning to Worcester Warriors after four years away from Sixways Stadium at Gloucester Rugby.

He was one of seven players to make their debut in last weekend’s narrow defeat to Bristol at Ashton Gate, alongside Tom Biggs, Sam Smith, Dan George, Ryan Bower, Nick Schonert and Dan Sanderson.
