Hailing from Brisbane, Australia, Rasolea is a powerful ball carrier with an ability to offload superbly in the tackle. Having graduated from Anglican Church High School, the same school as both Quade Cooper David Pocock, Rasolea is a centre/winger by trade.
A former sevens international with Australia, Rasolea has also represented Fiji in the IRB Junior World Championship. The former Queensland schoolboy squad member, inked a professional deal with the Western Force in 2013.
In March 2016, Rasolea signed to join Edinburgh Rugby for their 2016/17 campaign.
After two seasons with the Scottish team, Rasolea signed a deal with French club Grenoble for the 2018/19 season.
