On this day: Lewis Moody sent off for fighting team-mate
10 years ago at Twickenham, England were cruising to a simple win over Samoa at Twickenham but with 5 minutes to go, it all kicked off!
Alesana Tuilagi was penalised for a mid air tackle on Mark Cueto, which on replays looked quite bad.
This being the 3rd time Cueto was taken out, him and Lewis Moody had enough and confronted the big winger, throwing several punches.
Moody was sent off for retaliation alongside with his Leicester team-mate Tuilagi for the scrap. Moody was banned for nine weeks and Tuilagi for two.
Moody's punishment was more severe as he had already served a six-week ban earlier in the season for punching in a second-team match.
