Academy product James Sheekey made his senior debut for Cardiff Blues in February 2015 in the LV=Cup clash with Wasps at the Ricoh Arena.
The London-born forward has also represented Wales Under-20s and stepped up to the senior squad at Blues in 2015.
The versatile player, who can play in the second row and the back row, signed for the Dragons in October 2017, having made 30 appearances or Welsh Premiership side Cardiff RFC.
Sheekey has made a total of 7 appearances for Dragons as of April 2020. He was released by the Dragons at the end of the 2019-20 season.
