Springbok prop Asenathi Ntlabakanye banned for 18 months

The Independent Doping Tribunal Panel (IDHP) handed down its decision on the doping charge against Springbok and Lions rugby player, Asenathi Ntlabakanye. The player is banned for 18 months from sport for his doping offence, effective from 13th May 2026.

18 month suspension means he'll miss the World Cup, unless he successfully appeals
