Martin Page-Relo, born on January 6, 1999, is a rugby union player who was born in France but represents Italy at the international level. He is currently playing for Stade Toulousain, a renowned rugby club.

Page-Relo's rugby journey began at the age of 5 in his hometown of L'Isle-Jourdain, Gers. In 2012, he made the move to Stade Toulousain, where he continued his development as a player.

On September 13, 2020, Page-Relo made his professional debut while on loan from Stade Toulousain, playing for US Carcassonne. This opportunity allowed him to gain valuable experience at a higher level of competition.

In March 2023, Page-Relo received his first call-up to the Italian senior national team. He was eligible for selection due to his maternal grandparents' Italian citizenship. This recognition highlights his talent and potential, and he had the opportunity to represent Italy in the prestigious Six Nations Championship of the same year.
