Raul Perez is a former Argentinean flanker, he represented Argentina from 1992 to 1999, earning 21 caps and scoring 1 try.
He started his coaching career with Duendes during the 2001/02 season and again during 2004/05 season. He would go on to be the coach of the Rosario Rugby Union U-23 team, from 2005 to 2007.
In 2007 he started coaching the Argentina U/21 side where he would remain until 2008.
In 2013 he joined the Argentina national senior side, as an Assistant coach, to Daniel Hourcade.
Perez was named the Jaguares Head Coach ahead of their maiden Super Rugby campaign in 2016.
