Caudullo played as a hooker. He came through youth rugby at RC Jacou and Montpellier Hérault Rugby (MHR), and later played for Montpellier and Stade Montois.
He is the head coach / manager of Montpellier Hérault Rugby (MHR) in the Top 14 (French top-tier rugby). He took over in 2024.
