Brennan captained the French U18 side when they took on their Irish counterparts in the first game of the second annual Six Nations Festival in 2019.
Son of Leinster and Toulouse legend Trevor and brother to Montpellier's tighthead prop Daniel, Brennan played his club rugby, like his Irish international father, at Toulouse.
January 2020 saw him being included in the France U20 squad for their opening Six Nations ties against England and Italy. Following a few good seasons at Toulouse he was included in the French squad by Fabien Galthie in the 2025 tour of New Zealand.
He made his test debut with a start and a try in a big loss to the All Blacks
