The former hooker played cub rugby for Cardiff Blues,
ospreys, London Welsh, Aberavon and Aberavon Quins.
He captained Wales at U16 level playing as a flanker, but
nearly all his senior career was as a hooker.
He joined the coaching staff at Aberavon in August 2017.
He was previously a coach and referee development officer
for the Ospreys regions before taking up his current role in
October 2024
