Jonathan Danty injury seemingly worse than expected

Things are not looking good for Jonathan Danty whose knee injury is apparently worse than originally expected. The original diagnosis was posterior cruciate ligament damage, however, it is now thought that the anterior cruciate ligament might also be affected which, if true, could mean six months on the sidelines for the 30 year-old.

Danty picked up the injury against Perpignan some ten ago.

"We are worried about Jonathan Danty,” said France boss Fabien Galthie. “We talked about a posterior cross but there is also a doubt about the anterior cross".
